Like a lot of things - exercise, meditation or reading - floating is beneficial for us at any time of the day. And people prefer to float at different times, which is why we offer sessions from 12:00am all the way through to 9pm.

However, we’ve noticed that first-timers assume that floating in the evening will be better for them. Here’s why you should consider all times of the day and see what works for you.
