Booking Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your booking, this must be done with at least 24 hours notice. This can be done online via our website or call us on 0322224040 and a member of staff will assist you
We encourage all first-time customers to arrive 15 minutes before their float. Experienced Floaters, we recommend at least 5 minutes before their float. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse your entry and charge you 100% of the appointment.
Float Packages Expirations
All float packages purchased should be used within the expiration period. The expiration period begins from the date of purchase.
